Ford releases MSRP of the 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost® Fastback

The Ford Mustang is an American favorite, so it’s always exciting waiting for a new model to be released. Of course, when you’re waiting for a new vehicle, it can be hard to wait for all of the information about the new model to be revealed. If you’re anxiously awaiting information on the 2018 Ford Mustang, you’re in luck. Ford recently released two pieces of information regarding the new Mustang. While Ford already confirmed the engine options and performance, they had not yet announced what the price might be. It has been revealed that the base trim level will be the EcoBoost® Fastback which has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $25,585. Other fastback options include the GT and GT Premium Fastback at $35,095 and $39,095 respectively.

2018 Ford Mustang on highway Another tidbit of information was also released by Ford, which is that the 2018 GT Fastback, with a 5.0L V8 engine, will be able to go from 0 to 60 mph in under four seconds. This feat can be accomplished when the standard engine is coupled with the available 10-speed automatic transmission with drag strip mode equipped. Drag Strip mode is one of the five modes that drivers can choose from once they’re behind the wheel. These modes range from normal driving, sport, track, snow/wet, and of course, drag strip, and will help maximize performance.
