2016 Festival of Trees in Jacksonville NC
When: November 19 through 21, 2016
Where: American Legion Building at the Fairgrounds in Jacksonville NC
Looking forward to the 13th annual Festival of Trees event in Jacksonville NC? You’ll be able to see over 60 different Christmas trees that are specially decorated and unique. You will also be able to view a variety of other holiday displays, take part in the silent auction, see handmade quilts and other goods, pick up some homemade goodies like bread or jam, visit with Santa, and more! We also recommend taking a stroll through the Gift Shoppe/Sweet Shoppe to find some unique gifts for the season. Proceeds from the event will provide medicine, medical supplies, food, utility bills, housing, transportation and more help through the Onslow County Home Health and Hospice group.
Swansboro Christmas Flotilla in 2016
When: November 25, 2016, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where: Main Street in Swansboro, NC
What better way to celebrate the season than by attending the annual Christmas Flotilla? The 2016 Swansboro Christmas Flotilla provides a wonderful sight of Christmas lights and boats along with many of your favorite holiday tunes. Delicious treats like funnel cake, cider, and hot chocolate will also be available. You can also enjoy other fun aspects of the event, such as the wonderful opportunity it presents to go shopping for gifts or attend the Glow Party from 7-9 p.m. at The Pavilion. (Rain day is the 26).
