Features available on the 2018 Ford Flex SE, SEL, and Limited

2018 Ford Flex SE with MyKey The 2018 Ford Flex SE is the base trim level of the Ford Flex. If you choose the base trim, you are getting the least expensive option. Even though it may not cost an arm and a leg, the SE is still loaded with features, like the standard MyKey® technology, a Ford SYNC® infotainment system, and a rear-view camera. You’ll also get the standard 3.5L V6 engine, which provides 287 horsepower and 254 pound-feet of torque.

Additional features on the 2018 Ford Flex SEL 

2018 Ford SYNC 3 infotainment system

If you’re looking for more options, then you’ll likely be happier with the 2018 Ford Flex SEL. It has all of the features that are on the 2018 Ford Flex SE, but you also get an upgrade to the SYNC 3 infotainment system, which provides access to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Another feature that is standard that isn’t available on the SE is the remote start system and intelligent access with push-button start. Remote start lets you safely warm up your vehicle, while the intelligent access key makes fumbling through your pockets or purse a thing of the past.  

2018 Ford Flex Limited features

With the 2018 Ford Flex Limited, you’ll get everything that is in the 2018 Ford Flex SEL, like SYNC 3 and the available multipanel vista roof. Many of the features that are only available on the other trims are standard on the Limited, like the power liftgate and rain-sensing wipers. What truly sets the Limited trim apart from the others is the available 3.5L EcoBoost engine that produces 365 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque for a more powerful vehicle.
